Senior Manager, Business Development

Is a leading national full-service law firm.

• Lead business development planning and execution for practice groups, industry teams, and key client relationships.
• Develop and implement client targeting strategies, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Lead the preparation of strategic pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from opportunity identification through submission.
• Analyze market trends, client intelligence, and performance data to provide actionable business recommendations.
• Oversee directory submissions, awards, and profile‑raising initiatives to enhance the firm’s market presence.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, events, and operations teams to execute integrated business development initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize business development content, CRM data, experience databases, and other client development resources.

• 10+ years of business development or marketing experience, ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing business development strategies, client plans, pitches, proposals, and RFP responses.
• Strong understanding of law firm economics, client relationship management, and revenue generation strategies.
• Exceptional writing, editing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and business development technologies.
