Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with assigned accounts

• Increase customer lifetime value through effective onboarding and strategy alignment

• Deliver products as per sales contracts and provide valuable feedback

• Manage a diverse portfolio of up to 15 enterprise accounts

• Communicate updates and advocate for optimal customer support

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in retail or account management

• Proven success at the executive level with excellent communication skills

• Strong organizational, leadership, and negotiation capabilities

• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop strategic plans

• Entrepreneurial outlook to influence company direction
