Precious Metals | High-Net-Worth & Institutional ClientsDowntown Toronto (In-Office with light travel)$80-90k base + uncapped commission - OTE - up to $175k (yr 1-2)We are retained on a confidential search for a senior, hands-on sales professional who still enjoys being in front of clients, driving new business, and owning outcomes. This is a desk management role, and it is for someone looking to step away from selling.

What you’ll actually be doing
Driving net new client acquisition through outbound activity, relationship-building, referrals, events, and re-engagement of dormant accountsManaging and growing your own book of business end-to-endSpending ~
85% of your time selling and ~15% coaching or supporting a small team by exampleWorking closely with leadership, marketing, and operations to convert demand into revenueAttending industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel required)Success here comes from effort, judgment, and says-to-yes conversations
