Position: Corporate Traveller - Sales Development Representative ON
Opportunity
Corporate Traveller is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth across Canada’s small to mid-sized business travel market. In this exciting entry-level sales role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-value business opportunities while connecting organizations with innovative corporate travel solutions. Working closely with both sales and marketing teams, you will play a critical role in building a strong pipeline and creating meaningful customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified meetings with targeted customers through personalized outreach across phone, email, and social media channelsProspect, qualify, and route high-value opportunities for corporate travel accounts across CanadaOwn the early stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment settingManage inbound leads by ensuring timely follow-up within service level agreements and guiding prospects through qualification processesConduct daily outbound prospecting activities to achieve monthly Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) targetsCollaborate closely with marketing teams to align lead generation strategies and support digital marketing initiativesDeliver exceptional customer experiences while representing Corporate Traveller’s brand, values, and missionMaintain accurate lead and activity records within CRM systems, including Salesforce, and report on key performance metricsAnalyze outreach results and continuously improve prospecting effectiveness and lead generation performanceOther duties and tasks as assignedContribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thriveExperience & Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related roleStrong outbound prospecting and lead qualification experience with a track record of generating opportunitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quicklyStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProficiency using CRM systems such as Salesforce and lead generation platformsStrong customer-focused mindset and ability to identify client needs and recommend solutionsResilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environmentHigh degree of professionalism and integrity with the ability to represent the brand effectively.Work Perks!
