The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and promoting print and print finishing equipment solutions to clients across various industries. Day-to-day activities include conducting telephone and in-person cold calling, product demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and closing deals.
The Sales Specialist collaborates closely with service and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, resolves client inquiries, and provides guidance on equipment capabilities and applications. The role also involves participating in training sessions, trade shows, and other events to stay current with product innovations and market trends.
- Print Industry experience, specifically related to equipment solutions
- Strong Sales skills, including prospecting, closing, and account management.
- Excellent Communication skills to present solutions clearly and build client relationships.
- Solid Customer Service skills to respond promptly to client needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills to guide customers on product use and support team sales efforts.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in printing, digital solutions, or related technology fields.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Toronto Area and travel to client locations as needed.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, pipeline tracking, and follow-up.
- Proficiency with common office productivity tools.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, technology, or a related field is an asset.
