Automotive Deals Clerk Position

Your efforts will directly support the dealership's operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle posting of New and Pre-Owned vehicle deals

• Partner with sales managers for month end reconciliations

• Track and reconcile gross profit on vehicle deals

• Oversee finance receivable and aftermarket sales schedules

• Ensure timely payments on floor plan accounts

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant automotive experience

• Highly efficient with strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of retail dealership accounting practices

• Experience with MS Office and Excel

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
