Territory Manager for BD

In this role reporting to the MDS National Sales Manager, you will manage BD’s core business while expanding opportunities in your territory. Prioritize establishing strong relationships with Nurses, Pharmacists, and Hospital Management to ensure BD’s health solutions resonate with key stakeholders. Leverage your knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system to foster long-term customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets through effective territory management

• Develop strategic pipeline and business plans

• Implement plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Negotiate product validations and conversions

• Manage account-specific strategies for sales growth

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare sales

• Knowledge of Canadian healthcare regulations

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
