You will lead a dynamic sales team, expanding from around 20 to 40 professionals while directly reporting to the CRO. This role emphasizes strong leadership, enabling teams to drive new customer acquisition and nurture existing accounts. Your experience in scaling teams in fast-paced environments will be critical as you help shape our go-to-market strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coach 5 sales leaders for high performance

• Plan and scale the team to meet growth objectives

• Oversee execution of new logo and revenue expansion plans

• Manage key sales metrics like quota attainment and pipeline

• Collaborate across teams for targeted market engagement

Requirements:

• 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales leadership

• Success in high-growth startup environments

• Familiarity with complex SaaS sales and client needs

• Proven capabilities in hiring and mentoring managers

• Strong C-level communication and presence
