Account Executive for RFA Technologies

In your role as Account Executive RFA, you'll engage extensively with hospitals, physicians, and stakeholders to boost the use of Hologic's RFA technologies. This position emphasizes value-based sales strategies and requires strong technical knowledge of medical devices, clinical workflows, and the complexity of capital sales processes. Your goal will be to navigate through the entire sales cycle while providing training and support to healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage sales cycles for RFA technologies in your territory

• Build executive-level partnerships with key healthcare stakeholders

• Promote technology and train users on RFA systems

• Identify and capitalize on high-potential sales opportunities

• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in medical device sales, preferably in gynecology

• Expertise in consultative selling and capital equipment sales

• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes

• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce

• Valid driving license and ability to travel overnight
