You will collaborate with Managing Partners and Senior Directors to craft a forward-looking pipeline based on data analysis and sector trends. Engaging with clients and aligning revenue targets for future growth will be critical in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Refine BD strategy using performance data and partnerships

• Set revenue targets by service line and market segment

• Identify and nurture new client relationships

• Oversee the pipeline process from outreach to proposals

• Manage BD dashboard and track metrics for success

Requirements:

• 7+ years in business development or sales strategy

• Proven record in lead generation and revenue growth

• Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Familiarity with the cultural and nonprofit sectors
