As a Sales Director – Living Benefits Specialist at iA, you'll significantly contribute to our client-focused mission. You will develop a provincial marketing plan collaboration with the iA Insurance and Wealth teams. Educing advisors through group training sessions to enhance understanding of living benefits products and generate new business opportunities is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute provincial marketing plans

• Educate advisors with training sessions on products

• Build relationships with past and prospective advisors

• Collaborate with the insurance sales team effectively

• Represent iA at conferences and industry events

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in insurance or brokerage

• Strong knowledge of living benefits and industry practices

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
