The Proposals Manager will oversee proposals across all phases, ensuring alignment with operational and marketing teams. Key responsibilities include developing win strategies, managing proposal compliance, and coaching specialists in proposal processes. This role demands a high level of communication and project management skills in a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement win plans with business development teams
• Organize and direct proposal phases and schedules
• Collaborate with Technical Proposal Managers on solutions
• Ensure compliance and competitiveness of proposals
• Coach team members on proposal strategies and skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in Sales or Project Management
• Familiarity with MS Office and proposal software
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and manage time
