• Build relationships and connect with potential clients
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach
• Recommend insurance solutions that meet client needs
• Prepare quotes for Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance
• Provide exceptional service and ongoing support
• Grow and maintain a strong client portfolio
• Achieve sales goals and contribute to a growing team

• Sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience is an asset
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing (support provided)

You will be hired to work at

The Person al Insurance Company ("The Person al") for a period of up to 90 days to allow you to complete training and licensing. If training and licensing are successfully completed, you will be considered for employment with an independent contractor Desjardins Agent.
