Part-Time Outbound Sales Agent at YMCA

Join the YMCA's Membership Services team as a Part-Time Outbound Sales Agent. You'll engage with prospective and existing members to promote programs and drive growth through effective sales strategies.

This contract role requires a strong communicator with sales experience. As part of a three-person team, you will conduct outbound calls to promote YMCA programs and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to promote YMCA programs

• Follow scripts and strategies to convert leads

• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred

• 1–3 years of sales or contact centre experience

• Strong communication and verbal selling skills

• Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

• Ability to work flexibly in a team environment
