Manager of Practice Development in Aesthetics

You will lead initiatives that promote Cool Sculpting products, providing essential training and demonstrations in your territory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales techniques, be proactive in customer engagement, and have a keen understanding of the aesthetic market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct effective sales and promotion of Cool Sculpting equipment

• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas

• Deliver customer training on product application and safety

• Develop marketing strategies for aesthetic practice support

• Maintain detailed administrative records and profiles

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree or higher

• 2-4 years of experience in selling medical products preferred

• Direct experience in aesthetics or dermatology is an asset

• High accountability and strong communication skills

• Ability to travel frequently for client engagements
