Fulfilled Life Group is seeking a driven, personable, and service-oriented Travel Sales and Experiences Director to support our growing portfolio of travel and lifestyle offerings. This role will focus on sales across two core divisions:
- Fulfilled Life Travel Inc. – Highly curated wellness and service-focused travel experiences across Africa, Asia, and South America, with a strong emphasis on Bogani Camp and Minga Lodge & Sanctuary programs.
- Unlimited Life Sales – A signature wellness program sold within the umbrella organization, supported through in-person trade shows, expos, trips and events.
This position requires flexibility, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for travel, wellness, and relationship-building. During peak travel seasons and busy periods, the Sales Representative will also travel to various destinations to help support on-the-ground teams and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTravel Sales & Execution – Fulfilled Life Travel Inc.
- Sell highly curated travel experiences to Africa, Asia, and South America
- Promote and specialize in Bogani Camp and Minga Lodge & Sanctuary offerings
- Provide high-touch, white-glove service to all clients, including VIP travelers
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and virtual consultations at times of client availability
- Be available for evening and weekend calls as needed
- Act as on-call support for VIP clients during travel periods
- Travel during busy seasons to assist and support teams on the ground
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail in bookings, itineraries, client preferences, and communications
- Build long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service and follow-up
- Actively sell the Unlimited Life program within the organization’s offerings
- Attend and represent the company at mandatory trade shows, expos, and events
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales from events
- Maintain organized and accurate records of leads and client interactions
- Proven sales experience (travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or wellness industries preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail (mandatory)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to provide premium, personalized customer service
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed to support operations during busy periods
- Experience attending or working trade shows/expos is a plus
- Self-motivated with strong organization and follow-through
- Passion for travel, wellness, and creating meaningful client experiences
