Position: Outside Sales Representative for Local Fleets
Lead sales growth for our auto shop by engaging local businesses as an Outside Sales Representative. This is a road-focused role catering to construction crews, HVAC teams, and delivery services.

As a key player in our expanding auto service business, you will actively hunt new accounts, fostering relationships that drive fleet service sales. This position offers flexibility with both full-time and part-time options, and commands a base salary plus uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect local businesses through in-person visits and phone calls

• Document every visit and follow-up in our dedicated sales app

• Progress deals from initial contact to signed agreement

• Achieve weekly visit and monthly signing targets

• Maintain consistent follow-ups to prevent deal stagnation

Requirements:

• Comfortable with field sales and self-managing your schedule

• Valid driver's license is essential

• Strong ability to follow through on commitments

• Capable of clear service explanations to diverse audiences
