In this interim role, you will be responsible for executing sales, leasing, and marketing operations across various residential projects. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in residential real estate, particularly in managing marketing strategies and fostering client relationships. Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain project timelines and navigate the dynamic landscape of residential leasing during this critical phase.

Key Responsibilities:
