Service Titan seeks a motivated Sales Development Representative to engage our current customers. This role emphasizes outreach through productive calls and emails while building relationships that uncover customer needs. You'll work closely with Pro Account Executives to facilitate strategic product demonstrations and drive revenue growth through meaningful engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong customer relationships for product adoption

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls and personalized emails daily

• Schedule product demonstrations for Pro Account Executives

• Log customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up

• Assist in weekly reporting on sales campaigns and activities

Requirements:

• 2-4 years in Sales or Customer Success experience

• Minimum 12 months of outbound calling experience required

• Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication

• Resilience in handling objections and articulating value proposition
