Become a Merchant Relations Specialist at Hungry Panda and make an impact in the food delivery industry. This role emphasizes strengthening merchant partnerships while driving sales performance.

In your full-time role at Hungry Panda, you will engage with merchants in meaningful ways, using your fluency in Mandarin to enhance their service quality and ensure operational success. Your focus will be on increasing Gross Merchandise Volume and achieving high merchant satisfaction. You will take charge of local market campaign execution and have a hands-on approach in liaising with internal teams to coordinate efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and acquire food industry merchant relationships

• Lead negotiations through face-to-face meetings

• Monitor and improve merchant satisfaction through visits

• Plan and execute local campaigns to drive user engagement

• Ensure effective backend management for merchants

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin

• 1 year experience in relevant business roles

• Background in food service or delivery industries preferred

• Excellent project and time management skills

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle
