Position Summary

Based in Canada, the Country Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales performance across the Trauma, Emergency Medicine, and Vascular portfolios. This leader is responsible for managing a team of Sales Representatives and Clinical Specialists, ensuring disciplined execution, strategic growth, and alignment with Teleflex’s mission to improve patient outcomes. Reporting directly to the North America VP of Sales, this role will focus on acute care hospital markets, including Emergency Departments, Critical Care, Operating Rooms, and Vascular Access environments.

This role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, strategic agility, and a commitment to developing high-performing teams.

Principal Responsibilities
  • Proactively manages performance & team dynamics aligned with company values.
  • Expected to perform with the highest levels of professionalism, service & ethics to strengthen the Teleflex brand & relationship with our customers.
  • Lead & inspire a high-performing team to achieve ambitious targets with strategic clarity & purpose.
  • Develop & execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive adoption of key products
  • Navigate complex sales environments, flexing across multiple call points, sales cycles, & distinct product lines.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key hospital stakeholders, influencers, & decision-makers to support long‑term growth.
  • Conduct regular field visits to coach & mentor, identify opportunities, & accelerate regional performance.
  • Partner with Corporate Accounts to align/support regional & national contracting strategies & initiatives.
