Our Redhead Equipment sales department in the Estevan branch has an exciting career opportunity for an AG Equipment Sales Territory Manager. At Redhead Equipment we do Whatever It Takes to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 14 locations in Saskatchewan.

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agriculture Equipment Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of agricultural equipment, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the agriculture sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in agricultural equipment or related industries.
• Post-secondary education in agriculture, business, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of agricultural practices and equipment.
• Motivated self starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
