• Maintain and validate Salesforce data accuracy

• Create and manage contact lists in Zoom Info

• Assist with user inquiries in CRM and generate reports

• Track and manage Zendesk support tickets

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations

• Must be experienced with Salesforce and Zoom Info

• Detail-oriented with large datasets required

• Proven ability to manage reports and campaigns
