In this vital position, you'll deliver complex case support and sales strategies tailored for affluent markets. You'll engage with advisors, offering your advanced knowledge of Sun Life Financial products to drive sales. Collaborating with various teams, you'll identify opportunities and provide training that enhances product awareness and improves outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 Mandarin and English support for SLFD Advisors

• Facilitate webinars to boost financial knowledge on products

• Conduct proactive outreach to raise advisor awareness

• Deliver training on advanced sales concepts and strategies

• Liaise between Financial Advisors and internal teams to ensure smooth business placement

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of Sun Life insurance products and sales strategies

• 5+ years in individual insurance products

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Completion or pursuit of CFP or CLU designations

• Travel required across Canada to support advisors
