Senior Account Manager Services

Stantec seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead our City of Toronto account initiatives. Engage in business development, project execution, and team collaboration to exceed client expectations.

Your role as Senior Account Manager will be vital in strengthening Stantec’s influence in the Greater Toronto Area through effective client relationship management. You will coach and mentor teams, conduct strategic meetings, and identify cross-selling opportunities to enhance service delivery across various sectors. Your direct involvement will focus on project oversight and communication to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and develop the Account Management team

• Conduct account planning and execution

• Grow and manage client relationships strategically

• Contribute to proposal and project development efforts

• Ensure strong internal communication for project quality
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• At least 15 years in account management

• Established contacts within City of Toronto

• Excellent communication skills

• Must be based in the GTA or willing to relocate
