Partnerships Executive in Fintech

Elect Capital is seeking a high-performing Partnerships Executive to enhance our broker network effectively. This role merges strategic oversight with rapid deal-making in a dynamic fintech environment.
Your mission will be to strengthen and scale partnerships while leading by example. You’ll oversee deal structures, manage key broker relationships, and take an active role in mentoring junior team members. A strong blend of commercial acumen and calm under pressure will be essential to thrive and succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strengthen and expand our broker and partner relationships

• Structure and manage successful deal pipelines

• Serve as the main point of contact for complex broker queries

• Mentor junior executives to improve performance

• Collaborate across teams to expedite deal processes
Requirements:

• Proven experience in financial partnerships or B2B lending

• Strong intuition for deal-making and relationship-building

• Effective communicator with a sharp commercial focus

• Experience mentoring others in sales or partnerships

• Highly organized in a fast-paced work environment
