Account Executive

Position: Account Executive Role
Capitalize is actively seeking a driven Account Executive to enhance sales across Canada. This professional will report to the Executive Vice President and focus on strategic sales growth and relationship management.
In this vibrant role, you will develop a sales strategy that aligns with Capitalize’s goals while engaging vendor partners to facilitate their success. Your responsibilities will also involve creating lead generation strategies, managing outreach campaigns, and providing top-notch client service. Strong communication skills will be critical as you navigate multiple projects in this dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement effective sales strategies

• Build strategic partnerships with vendors to boost sales

• Execute prospecting campaigns to acquire new clients

• Support outbound campaigns including webinars and email outreach

• Attend industry conferences for brand promotion
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

• Over 5 years of experience in field services sales

• Ability to close complex service negotiations with senior executives

• Strong understanding of data analytics and process automation

• Must be authorized to work in Canada with a preference for Toronto or Calgary
