Position: Business Development for Retail Investments
Participate in shaping the future of finance with PICTON Investments, seeking a Business Development Manager focusing on inside sales. This crucial role enhances client engagement and advance investment strategies across Canada’s financial landscape.

As part of our Retail Distribution team, your work will center on growing relationships with financial advisors and promoting a diverse range of investment products. This role will involve collaborating with senior leadership to strategize sales initiatives, utilizing your expertise to meet growth targets for assets under management and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and grow advisor relationships through consultative approaches

• Collaborate with your External Wholesaler for strategy execution

• Identify new opportunities across various channels

• Track all advisor interactions within Salesforce CRM

• Engage in team strategy discussions for improved performance

Requirements:

• An undergraduate degree in relevant fields

• At least 2 years of experience in financial sales or business development

• Canadian Securities Course (CSC) completed or ongoing

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to travel for industry engagement
