Position: Demand Strategy Leader at Magnite
Fuel revenue growth as the Senior Director of Demand ve the demand strategy in Canada and lead a high-performing sales team in a hybrid setting.

Magnite seeks a strategic leader to own Canada’s demand strategy while overseeing commercial planning and revenue performance. This pivotal role requires building strong executive relationships and developing new opportunities across CTV and other channels. You will lead a disciplined sales organization, influencing cross-functional teams to accelerate product adoption and maximize outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Canada’s demand strategy and revenue targets

• Lead and develop a high-performing sales organization

• Build executive relationships with major buyers

• Drive growth through partnerships in CTV and emerging channels

• Lead complex negotiations for enterprise partnerships

Requirements:

• 10+ years in programmatic advertising or digital media

• 5+ years leading sales teams with strong revenue results

• Established relationships across Canadian agencies and brands

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
