Senior Account Executive, Omnichannel Media

Overview

EQ Works is seeking a senior, consultative sales professional to drive strategic growth across brands and agencies through data-powered omnichannel media solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who understands today’s media landscape, can lead complex client conversations, and knows how to turn audience intelligence into measurable business results.

Leveraging EQ Works’ proprietary data and analytics platform, you’ll help clients plan and activate smarter campaigns across all paid media channels — including programmatic, mobile, CTV, DOOH, social, and emerging digital platforms.

• Develop and grow strategic agency and brand partnerships
• Lead consultative sales conversations centered on data, audience intelligence, and measurable performance
• Sell integrated omnichannel media solutions powered by EQ Works’ proprietary datasets
• Build and manage a strong pipeline across enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Collaborate with internal strategy, analytics, and campaign teams to deliver client success
• Consistently exceed revenue and growth targets

• 5+ years in digital media, ad tech, programmatic, or data-driven advertising sales
• Strong understanding of omnichannel media ecosystems and modern marketing strategy
• Proven ability to close complex, relationship-driven deals
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with agencies, brands, or enterprise marketing teams
