We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven
Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department and help drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

• Manage all aspects of the used vehicle department.
• Source, appraise, purchase, and price used vehicles.
• Monitor inventory levels, aging, and market trends.
• Develop pricing strategies to maximize gross profit and vehicle turn.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the used car sales team.
• Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised, reconditioned, photographed, and advertised.
• Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, auctions, vendors, and customers.
• Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Finance departments.
• Monitor department performance and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

• Previous experience as a
  Used Car Manager or in automotive sales management.
• Strong knowledge of used vehicle acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and market trends.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on sales, gross profit, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s licence.
