* Job Summary:

** The Store Manager oversees the daily operation of an XPEL installation facility.
** Core Duties
*** Oversee daily operation of the Installation facility including full P&L responsibility
* Manage and develop team of installers
* Acquire, retain and manage product sales with Independent Installers and Dealerships
* Meet or exceed both revenue and gross profit objectives outlined by management, while maintaining competitive pricing in the marketplace
* Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service
* Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our product; introducing new products
* Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
* Perform individual market analyses within the territory to develop new customer and conquest strategies
* Follow up on sales leads
* Help customers through email, phone, and in person meetings
* Responsible for working with the sales administration team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships
** Basic Qualifications
*** Associate degree or higher in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience of 5 years
* 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience
* Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
* Minimum 3 years professional sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
* Strong negotiation skills
