You will execute our Masterclass growth program, enhancing event attendance while leveraging modern CRM tools. This role emphasizes speed-to-lead and offers a clear path for career advancement to an Account Executive or Sales Operations position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage prospects through chat, forms, and phone inquiries
• Qualify leads and book demos directly onto AE calendars
• Drive outreach for monthly Masterclass sessions
• Convert event interest into 1:1 product demos
• Nurture existing leads using personalized communication
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years in B2B or B2C sales environments
• Located in Toronto or Greater Toronto Area
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Familiarity with modern sales tools like CRM platforms
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
