Client Advisor - Yorkdale

Summary

The Client Advisor is the primary point of contact for clients in-store, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience and driving sales through expert product knowledge and styling. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, developing a client book, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s standards. The advisor supports merchandising, inventory processes, and efficient POS transactions to uphold high levels of client satisfaction.

• Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional, and personalized approach.
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice tailored to client needs.
• Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets.
• Build and maintain a client book, manage follow-ups, and invite clients to events and styling sessions.
• Ensure store presentation and merchandising align with brand guidelines; support visual merchandising activities.
• Process transactions, operate POS, manage inventory and stock replenishment, and support back-office functions.

• Previous retail experience in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage an international clientele.
• Sales-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
• Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as required.
• Team player with cultural awareness; multilingual candidates are a plus.
