Position: BMO Senior RFP Writer - Investment Proposals
Lead proposal submissions as a Senior RFP Writer at BMO Global Asset Management. Your expertise will drive business growth through strategic writing and project leadership within a collaborative environment.

This senior role focuses on comprehensive management of proactive RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for various investment products. Your collaboration with subject matter experts will ensure compelling presentations of BMO GAM’s investment capabilities. You will also interact with internal stakeholders across departments to maintain high quality in proposals while influencing key business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management of proposals for National Accounts team

• Create client-focused submissions communicating investment strengths

• Collaborate with internal experts for accurate content delivery

• Build relationships across BMO GAM and Financial Group

• Analyze industry trends and competitor positioning

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of investment management products
