This full-time role requires a self-motivated individual with over 5 years of product development experience. You will apply your knowledge of hydrocolloids, starches, and textures to optimize nutritional profiles and sensory attributes, leading to the successful commercialization of new meat alternatives through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in ideation and product conceptualization

• Refine existing methods for improved product quality

• Execute experiments and evaluate results methodically

Requirements:
