Your role will require you to handle sensitive correspondence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities Coordinate physician-specific Quality program cases and assessments
Manage documentation, tracking, and case correspondence
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve Quality program issues
Prepare decision letters for leadership signatures
Support team collaboration on program priorities
Requirements Post-secondary education required; regulated health qualified preferred
Experience in regulatory, healthcare, or clinical environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
Knowledge of Quality Management programs is an asset
