In this role, you will manage case activities and coordinate multiple Quality program cases within the Quality Programs Department. Utilizing strong communication and analytical abilities, you will liaise with physicians and legal counsel while overseeing documentation and correspondence. Your contributions will directly impact the continuous improvement initiatives of CPSO.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate Quality program cases and assessments for physicians
• Manage documentation and correspondence related to case activities
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve Quality program issues
• Prepare decision letters for leadership review and signatures
• Support collaboration on program priorities among team members
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education; regulated health qualification preferred
• Experience in healthcare or regulatory environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
• Knowledge of Quality Management programs is beneficial
