Overview
Elevate healthcare standards as a Quality Coordinator with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) in Toronto. This full time role focuses on managing physician-specific Quality Assurance and Improvement programs in a hybrid work environment. CPSO is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support their Quality Programs Department with solid communication, judgment, and analytical skills. You will coordinate various Quality program cases, manage case activity, and liaise with physicians and legal counsel.
Your role will require you to handle sensitive correspondence and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate physician-specific Quality program cases and assessments
- Manage documentation, tracking, and case correspondence
- Liaise with stakeholders to resolve Quality program issues
- Prepare decision letters for leadership signatures
- Support team collaboration on program priorities
- Post-secondary education required; regulated health qualified preferred
- Experience in regulatory, healthcare, or clinical environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
- Knowledge of Quality Management programs is an asset
