The role is designed for experienced professionals who will oversee field assessments, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations while mentoring junior staff. With a primary goal of promoting sustainable development, you'll manage critical assessments and engage with regulatory bodies, making a significant impact at GFT.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise contaminated site assessment programs effectively
• Conduct Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments
• Manage soil sampling and comprehensive environmental reports
• Collaborate with clients and regulatory agencies
• Provide leadership and training for junior team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in environmental science or a related discipline
• Minimum 6 years of experience within Ontario’s environmental sector
• Knowledge of CSA guidelines and Ontario regulations
• Excellent project management skills
• Valid Ontario driver’s license required
