- Build relationships with contractors and regulatory personnel
- Support business development through technical expertise
- 10+ years in aquatic biology, preferably in consulting
- Relevant academic background in fish and aquatic sciences
- MTO fisheries protocol certification required
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Experience with client relationship management
