North America Site Network Manager

Lead the growth of clinical research sites in North America as the Site Network Manager. This role involves high-level collaboration and strategic recruitment across the ASN, requiring a passion for clinical trials and patient engagement.

With 7-9 years of experience in clinical research, you will manage the recruitment and onboarding of high-performing sites. You’ll build relationships through meetings and conferences, gaining insights into challenges in GI research. Real-time data analytics will support your strategic initiatives and site engagement efforts while driving innovations in patient recruitment and support models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment and onboarding of clinical sites into the ASN

• Develop relationships with high-priority investigative sites and partners

• Drive recruitment in various therapeutic areas and geographies

• Build and maintain an Investigator portal for site communication

• Support contract negotiations and departmental improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 7-9 years experience in clinical research industry

• Strong understanding of clinical trial lifecycle and regulations

• Excellent communication and relationship management skills

• Experience with data analytics in clinical settings

• Gastroenterology experience preferred
