Position: Intermediate-Senior Geochemist Role
Join Blu Metric as an Intermediate-Senior Geochemist, supporting mining and environmental projects in Ottawa, Toronto, Sudbury, or Montreal. Utilize your technical expertise and mentor others in the field.

This full-time role is for an experienced geochemist with strong knowledge in acid rock drainage and metal leaching assessments. You will be responsible for geochemical sampling and data interpretation across several environmental media. Collaborate with a talented team to contribute to significant mining projects and facilitate effective closure planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee geochemical sampling programs

• Manage complex geochemical characterization and modeling tasks

• Prepare technical reports and regulatory submissions

• Provide technical guidance to project managers and clients

• Attend meetings with various stakeholders for project discussions

Requirements:

• University degree in geochemistry or related discipline

• 4-10 years’ experience in environmental geochemistry

• Proven experience with geochemical modeling software

• Strong ability to mentor and manage interdisciplinary teams

• Valid driver’s license with occasional travel availability
