Position: Eurofins Laboratory Supervisor Role
Assume leadership as a Laboratory Supervisor at Eurofins Experchem Laboratories, focusing on compliance and operational efficiency. Guide laboratory staff within a dynamic testing environment.

This full-time position demands oversight of daily activities to ensure adherence to compliance and quality systems. You'll support your team with technical expertise while monitoring daily analyses, workload balance, and turnaround times. Your contributions will enhance lab service commitments and strengthen performance through mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure testing follows approved methods and regulations

• Monitor sample flow to meet operational targets

• Provide guidance and mentorship to staff

• Conduct routine analysis during peak periods

• Review data accuracy and documentation completeness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or relevant discipline

• 2–5 years laboratory experience in testing environments

• Previous supervisory experience preferred

• Excellent knowledge of SOP-driven labs

• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
