In this permanent position reporting to the VP of Translation and Development, your role encompasses managing clinical trial tasks, overseeing budgets, timelines, and compliance with ICH/GCP regulations. You will leverage over 10 years of clinical development experience to mentor team members and guide cross-functional teams towards program success. This role leverages vital oversight of external vendors and internal operations to enhance drug development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the delivery of clinical trials and timelines

• Lead management of external CROs for trial execution

• Develop strategic plans and operational guidelines

• Monitor trial metrics for performance tracking

• Ensure compliance during regulatory engagements

Requirements:

• Scientific degree with at least 10 years of clinical experience

• Thorough understanding of clinical trial regulations

• Hands-on experience with CROs and vendor management

• Proven strategic and analytical skills

• Strong communication abilities in English
