Entry-Level Geologist at Alamos Gold

Launch your career as an Entry-Level Geologist with Alamos Gold. This 12-month hybrid contract provides an opportunity to engage in hands-on GIS data work and gain industry insights.

In this Toronto-based position, you will assist the exploration team primarily by compiling geological data using Arc Pro. We are looking for a dedicated recent graduate with a BSc or MSc in Earth Science who is eager to learn about mineral exploration workflows. This role emphasizes collaboration, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to track geological data efficiently

• Compile spatial data using advanced software tools

• Conduct detailed document searches through government portals

• Manage organization and archiving of exploration documents

• Take on additional support duties as assigned

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Earth Science (Geology)

• Capability to begin P.Geo registration

• Knowledge of mineral exploration practices

• Experience with Arc Pro or QGIS applications

• Excellent analytical and communication skills
