In this integral role, you will report to the Director of Anti-Fraud Programs and focus on managing the joint investigation program efficiently. Collaboration with a close-knit team is vital, as you ensure accurate documentation and support program objectives. A proactive and adaptable mindset is a must to handle varying priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the documentation of investigation submissions
• Prepare and deliver materials for the website
• Address inquiries and facilitate meeting preparations
• Oversee datastore accuracy and access rights
• Suggest ongoing improvements and analyze data trends
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years in relevant experience
• Familiarity with the life and health insurance sectors
• Prior experience in fraud investigations necessary
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, with Power BI knowledge a plus
