Located in Toronto, MTE Consultants seeks an Environmental Scientist with 3-5 years of relevant experience. This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering or Science and a strong technical understanding of Ontario regulations. Your expertise will help enhance communities through sustainable environmental practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors and laboratories
• Compile and evaluate analytical data accurately
• Prepare reports in consultation with senior environmental professionals
• Attend project and client meetings to provide input
• Participate in proposal preparation, including cost estimates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or Hydrogeology
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience required
• Strong knowledge of provincial regulations and environmental site assessment
• Experience with GIS and AutoCAD is an asset
• Valid Driver’s license for project site travel
