This full-time position, ideally located in the Greater Toronto Area, requires a
B.Sc., M.Sc., or Doctorate degree along with extensive experience in aquatic studies and project management. You will lead technical directives during every project phase while coordinating with clients, regulatory bodies, and your team of biologists to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and guide team members on aquatic projects
• Direct aquatic feasibility studies and permitting efforts
• Oversee project budgets, methodologies, and compliance
• Build relationships with contractors and regulatory personnel
• Support business development through technical expertise
Requirements:
• 10+ years in aquatic biology, preferably in consulting
• Relevant academic background in fish and aquatic sciences
• MTO fisheries protocol certification required
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
• Experience with client relationship management
