In this critical role, you will steer the local HEOR evidence generation while strategically guiding partnerships for economic modeling and value assessments. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning HEOR initiatives with the healthcare demands of the Canadian market. Representation on cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring integration of HEOR insights into broader market access strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and implement HEOR strategies and key deliverables
• Represent HEOR in medical and market access discussions
• Identify gaps and communicate local evidence requirements
• Drive execution of HEOR programs and study designs
• Manage consultants and external vendor relationships
Requirements:
• Hold an advanced degree in life sciences or clinical field
• Over 5 years of HEOR experience in healthcare
• Strong understanding of reimbursement pathways
• Proven cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent storytelling and data visualization abilities
